This listing was a proposed combination of Residences 8-A and 8-B at 718 Broadway. We put 8-A on the market. 8-A was on and off the market since 2013 with another broker. In those years, the listing saw very little interest and no offers, for the simple fact that the marketing and visual presentation was poor, while the market demands a visually arresting campaign in order to reach successful results. We took this listing over and showed it to an average of 6-8 prospective purchasers per week. Shortly after listing 8-A, we met with the seller of 8-B to discuss how may add value in identifying the way forward for 8-B as well.
